Working Foreman – Wastewater Treatment Plant

Upper Saucon Twp. seeks F/T Foreman at the WWTP. Responsibilities include supervising a work crew engaged in tasks related to the operation, maintenance, and repair of a 2.5 MGD wastewater treatment plant in accordance with SOPs and state/federal regulations. Position requires strong supervisory skills, physical dexterity, ability to do heavy lifting, ability to adjust to changing conditions, high school diploma (or GED) and 5 years relevant experience at a WWTP, and a PADEP Class B-1 wastewater license. Occasional on-call and snow removal work required, paid as overtime. Valid PA driver’s license required, Class B CDL required (or will train), and equipment operating skills preferred. This CBA-covered position offers a starting pay rate of $30.26 – $33.55, and a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and a defined benefit pension plan.
