Conference Annual Business Meeting

The Pennsylvania Rural Water Association Annual Business Meeting will beheld at the Annual Conference, Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Penn Stater Conference Center and Hotel in State College, PA. Registered delegates from eligible member systems will cast votes for all matters of business discussed including elections for the renewing board positions. Delegates can register below.

The PRWA Board Nominating Committee is seeking applicants for three positions on the Board of Directors. These positions will be for a three (3) year term. The PRWA Bylaws state that one Board Member shall be elected from each district as well as one Member-At-Large. To be eligible to serve as a board member you must represent a voting member system that serves a population of 15,000 people or less. This year we are seeking nominations for the District 2 Board Member (A system member from Carbon, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, Pike, Schuylkill, Susquehanna, Wayne, or Wyoming County), the District 6 Board Member (A system member from Butler, Clarion, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Venango, or Warren County), and the At-Large Board Member from any county. The incumbent for District 2 is Roger Hadsall, for District 6 is Brian Quairiere, and for At-Large is Dennis Beck.
