Bill Kasper

Bill started in the water business in 1999 and has worked for both private and municipal systems, of varying sizes, in southeastern PA. Working in distribution, production, training, customer service, and metering, he most recently worked for a large municipal authority as its Manager of Customer & Metering. Since 2021, Bill has been a municipal sales rep covering eastern PA. He currently holds a PA DEP Class A, E 1,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 water license. Bill is involved in various industry organizations and loves to visit new water plants/operations, of all sizes, to learn how unique each utility is.
