Water Operator seeking side jobs

Hello, My name is Devin Hines and i am currently the lead operator for the City of Franklin in Franklin PA. I have a class A water Licenses with my subclasses being 7,8,9,11,12, E and operator in training for  3,4,5. I currently run a subclass 12 system on the side and  I will always be looking to add jobs if they are needed. I can offer a wide range of advice or physically working on anything that might come up. I live in Franklin Pa 16323 and i am open to travelling a little bit if needed or depending on the situation. I can be a hired circuit writer for a system if needed also.
