Wastewater Shift Operator

SHIFT OPERATOR

Job duties include assisting the Chief Operator and staff with the following: consistent optimization of the sludge dewatering process; continued improvement in the thorough and accurate posting of all routine documentation; operation of the liquid wastewater process; operation of the solids handling process; understanding of process piping and valves at the plant, with training on plant-specific items provided upon hire; compliance with all safety policies.

Must possess a PA Wastewater Operator Class A, Subclass 1 Certificate.

All applicants must have a valid PA Driver’s License.

Must be willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

PAY AND BENEFITS FOR ALL THREE ABOVE POSITIONS

Starting salary is based upon relevant experience, training, and qualifications, and may be increased if the applicant has specialized education and/or certifications.
